Valentia House is approached by a long driveway and set in extensive cultivated gardens.

There is a secure garden at the rear and there is ample car parking space in front of the centre.

Our home boasts an oratory, hairdressing salon, library, sun rooms and a separate secure garden. Our bedrooms include single and shared rooms/en-suite and we encourage residents to personalise their rooms if they wish with pictures, furniture, and comforts from home.

Our residents are at the centre of all aspects of care and enjoy individualised, comprehensive nursing care 24 hours a day and have access to GP, Physiotherapy, Dietician, Speech and Language therapy, Chiropody, Occupational therapy, Dental and Optical services as required.

Residents also enjoy the dedicated activities co-ordinator who provides a varied range of group and individualised activities, social events and outings.

We provide delicious meals, where the emphasis is on home baking and sourcing local produce.

The menu offers variety throughout the seasons and we cater to each individuals requirements and tastes.
Sweet treats for afternoon tea is a highlight of the day,with a daily supply of freshly baked cakes from our own kitchen.

We are fully HIQA compliant and approved under the Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal) and cater for long stay, respite and convalescent care.
