Valentia House Nursing Home was established in 1977 by Kieran and Norrie Hogan.

Together they can be credited with creating the now widely used concept of a ‘Home from Home’.

 

For 40 years Valentia has developed that philosophy, while at the same time maintaining the highest standard of care.

 

The original house was a 2 storey family dwelling, which has evolved and grown over the years.

Today Valentia can cater for up to 47 residents .
